Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind the quality of all our accessories. All products (Sunglasses, Bags, Backpacks, Caps, and Hats) are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

• This warranty covers manufacturing faults only.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

• All damages need to be reported within 7 days after the package has been received.

Warranty Exclusion: Prescription Lenses

Important Notice: If a customer chooses to change lenses using our frames (e.g., for prescription lenses), we cannot be held liable to replace those frames under warranty should the optometrist damage or crack the frame in any way, form, or matter. The warranty coverage ends once third-party modifications are made.

Simple Care Instructions

Extend the life of your purchase with these simple care tips:

• Sunglasses: Clean lenses with the included cloth only. Store in the protective case when not in use. Avoid exposing frames to extreme heat.
• Bags & Backpacks: Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash unless the product tag specifically permits it. Air dry only.
• Caps & Hats: Gently spot clean or hand wash in cold water. Reshape and air dry away from direct heat to maintain fit.
