Our 30-Day Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on all full-priced, unused items within 30 days of the date you received your order.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and protective seals attached.

• The product must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

• Final Sale Items (if applicable) are exempt from returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth return process:

1. Email Us: Send an email to orders@accessorystudio.co.za with your Order Number and clearly state whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange (and the reason).

2. Receive Authorization: Our support team will review your request and reply with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the courier details for the return address.

3. Ship Back: Securely package your item and include the RA# inside the box. You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of the courier return.

4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of a successful inspection.

Important Notes on Costs

• Refunds: We will refund the full price of the product(s) returned.

• Exchanges: We will ship the new exchange item to you free of charge (Standard Shipping only).

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
