These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products (“Products” or “Accessories”) by Accessory Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through the website accessorystudio.co.za to you, the customer. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Information and Pricing

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices for Standard Delivery across South Africa are Free. Any charges for faster delivery (Express/Urgent) are not calculated at checkout; you must contact us directly to arrange, confirm costs, and pay for these supplementary services.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including unavailability of stock or errors in the product or pricing information.

• Payment: Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept payment securely via Payfast, which facilitates major credit/debit cards and Instant EFT.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery: We partner with third-party couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy) for nationwide delivery within South Africa.

• Risk: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the item has been dispatched.

• Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days for Standard Shipping and 1-2 working days for Express Shipping, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

• Returns Policy: You may return unused, full-priced items within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined on our Returns & Exchanges page.

• Warranty: All products are sold with a 6-month Manufacturer Warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage.

• Third-Party Modification Exclusion: We are not liable for damage caused to frames if they are modified by a third-party (e.g., fitting prescription lenses by an optometrist).

5. Limitation of Liability

Accessory Studio shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products sold on this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
